I have been a photographer for many years. For so long, in fact, that I can no longer imagine my life without a camera to capture its special moments. It took me quite some time before I was able to connect myself to being an artist, because in my mind a photographer and an artist were two distinctly different things. Thanks, Sandi. It was fun to do. I first posted that it was a fractal, but then I remembered it had originally been a photograph. Went back and looked on metadata. This was one of those photos that wasn't exactly right, but I didn't want to pitch it. Started playing around with all the filters and other treatments. You know, the kind of playing that you do when you couldn't recreate the thing with another photo if you wanted to. So this is definitely a one-of-a-kind, LOL!
