Artist's Description
Built by the Hudson Motor Car Company of Detroit, the Terraplane was a car brand and model that came out between 1932 and 1938. Originally, it was called the Essex-Terraplane, but later the name was shortened to just Terraplane. This was an inexpensive car that could be driven in both the town and country. It ws also a powerful vehicle. Both the cars and trucks bore the Terraplane name. This classic, bright orange one would stand out in a crowd anywhere.
