Description

I shot this self-portrait while taking a walk on a boardwalk in a mangrove swamp area in Tampa, Florida, one sunny afternoon. We hadn't had any rain for a long time so the grass was very parched. There were a few ponds like this one in the foreground spread throughout the marsh. I used a creative filter on this image to give it the grainy black and white look.
