I have been a photographer for many years. For so long, in fact, that I can no longer imagine my life without a camera to capture its special moments. It took me quite some time before I was able to connect myself to being an artist, because in my mind a photographer and an artist were two distinctly different things. Nice catch Carolyn-haven't seen too many adults this season after our harsh winter-hope they make a comeback!

I got this at a butterfly "farm". It was amazing to see the butterflies at all their stages from beginning to end. Thanks!

I went to a butterfly "farm" in Homosassa Springs a couple years back. They were really small then, so I don't know how they're doing now. But they had a section where they had all kinds of butterflies in all different life phases. It was amazing to see! It was REALLY hard to shoot there because of the lighting and glass. This was the only keeper I got. Thanks for the compliment.
