Artist's Description

Pop art style abstract design created using a simple fractal creation for the base. Several layers of technique were used for this bright, colorful art in neon colors of blue, red, green and yellow combining circles, petals, squares, fractured lines and other elements on a black background giving it a shattered look. The circular rainbow was the finishing touch.
