Another gorgeous shot. Any gators in these waters? I think it would be best to stay on the designated walkways :^)

This is one of my go-to places to shoot, when I don't want to go very far. It's only about 10 minutes from my house. Yes, there are gators there. I have a ton of images of them that I just haven't gotten around to posting yet. There is a long boardwalk that goes down this river. But where it ends, the gators occasionally come up on the shore to sun. They are amazing to watch.

Thanks, Carol. This is that small park called Riverhills that I told you about. Not much there but a bunch of birds, squirrels and trees on a short shoreline of the park. But what is there is gorgeous - especially at Fall and during sunset.

I have been a photographer for many years. For so long, in fact, that I can no longer imagine my life without a camera to capture its special moments. It took me quite some time before I was able to connect myself to being an artist, because in my mind a photographer and an artist were two distinctly different things.
