I have been a photographer for many years. For so long, in fact, that I can no longer imagine my life without a camera to capture its special moments. It took me quite some time before I was able to connect myself to being an artist, because in my mind a photographer and an artist were two distinctly different things. LOL! As soon as I saw this I headed to the kitchen...we're having fried chicken for supper tonight, and chicken casserole tomorrow...(sampling some now) :) Thanks, Carolyn, and I know my husband will thank you for the Hot Oil Abstract that got it all started! LOL! No sushi, here, either :)

Yes, it was chicken strips. My daughter and son-in-law came over to fix us homemade sushi (the pics I posted). My husband and grandson DO NOT do sushi, so they fried them chicken. They also did the sushi tempura and veggie tempura in it. It's making my mouth water thinking about it now, LOL!
