Description
An abstract of nature is created with this African Daisy that has several different names. This beautiful flower is in the family of Osteospermum (Asteraceae) and is also known as the South African Daisy, Blue-Eyed Daisy, and Cape Daisy. This variety has bright white petals with a deep blue center accented by violet rays extending out through the petals and the dots of yellow orange stamen. This photograph was taken at Eureka Springs park in Tampa, Florida.
