Artist's Description
Sometimes it is just good to get away from all the noise and busyness that surrounds us. I love to take walks with my camera in some of the local parks here in the Tampa, Florida area. These are images from three of my favorite places to shoot. The Withlacoochee River Park in Dade City, Lettuce Lake Park, and a roadside field. The walk down the long path would take you deep in the woods, far away from everything. Beautiful moss-covered cypress trees can be found in many of our marsh areas, and the Black-eyed Susan brightens up many areas. This triptych gives you a taste of just a few of the wonderful sites we have in our great state of Florida.

While they were both creative, they used entirely different processes to achieve their artistic goals. Over time, however, I have recognized the remarkable similarities in the way that we look at visual elements such as composition, colors, lines, and light. I have come to understand that what constitutes fine art stands apart from whatever techniques that we artists use to ultimately reach that special place. My...

I love this one Carolyn! Very pretty! :)
Carolyn Marshall replied:
Thanks so much, Andee. I don't normally thing about grouping things together in diptych or triptych format.

I love it when prospective clients give you ideas. My sister-in-law was going through my galleries looking for images to decorate her new office. She was going to buy and frame these three individually. I really liked her grouping so thought I'd try to do a triptych. This is the first one I have tried to do using Lightroom.
